Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $150 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $35 will be charged per pet.
Pets must be on a leash at all times, and you must pick up after your pet.
